He is survived by: his wife Edith Rhodes of North Bend; his children, Melissa Hannah of North Bend, Kathleen Ruiz of Coos Bay and Oscar Rhodes III of Coos Bay; and his sisters, Patricia Murphy of Brookings and Mary Jane Birt of Brookings. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
