He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leon Russel and Mattie Ethel Noggle (Mulkey); his former wife Sharon Dolores Erwin; his children, Norma Noggle of Portland, Barrett (Maple Noggle) of North Bend and Garth Noggle of Vancouver, Wash.; his siblings, Julia McBride of Green Acres, Burl (Miladean Noggle), Richard (Betty Noggle) and Joyce (Harry Posey) of Virginia; and his wife Sharon Noggle.
