He is survived by: his children, Robert Tally (Irene) of Pendleton, OR, Linda Cotton of Coos Bay, OR and John Tally (Cathy) of Spokane, WA; and his brother Howard Tally (Lynn) of Eagle Point, OR.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
