He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Steiner and Irene Steiner (Grueneich); his sister Arelne Roth (Steiner); and his brother-in-law Donald Roth. He is survived by: his wife Rita Steiner (Barker); his children, Katrina "Kathy" Steiner and Kenneth Jr. "Kenny" Steiner; his grandchildren, Melissa Raddatz (Gilpin), Kristene Tucker (Steiner), Amanda Silvis (Steiner), Walter Gilpin (Blake), Nicholas Steiner and Christopher "Chris" Leake; his great grandchildren, Gideon Raddatz, Aiden Gilpin, Mia Gilpin and Mason Gilpin; his brother James "Jimmy" Steiner; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Steiner (John), Judy Welch (Steiner) and Randy Welch. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many good friends.
