He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Anne Hauge; his children, John A. McDonald, Dianne P. Jones (McDonald), Becky L (McDonald) and Jennie S. McDonald; and his grandchildren, Johnny, Jennifer, Jackie, Eric, Lindsay, Richard, Annie, Aimee, Philip, Peter, Sarah and Ben.
