He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cyrus Baty and Mary Atchley Baty; his siblings, Imogene Porter, Bonnie Maxwell, Wilma Campbell, Bertie Baty, Hazel Hayes, Eugene Baty, Murlin Baty, Lowell Baty, Montie Baty and Dwyane Baty; and his granddaughter Nicole Ann Rust.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie; his children, Delinda Jenkins (Gene) and Kent Rust (Michelle); his siblings, Mary Jo Kelemen (Ed) of Cherryvale, Johnnie Lou Mahan of Eminence, Kay Crisp (Lonnie) of Bendavis, Missouri, Carolyn Pierce (Delbert) of Bendavis, Missouri and Larry Baty (Debbie) of Bendavis, Missouri; his grandchildren, Sabrina Horton, Abby Brock, Erin Taber and Teddy Rust; and his great grandchildren, Jeremy Horton and Bodie Brock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
