He was predeceased by: his parents, Winton John and Lois Atelia Johannesen (Swaggart); and his brother-in-law Gene Koivunen. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Chard Johannesen of Coos Bay; his children, Geoff (Amy Johannesen) of Lewiston, ID, Brad (Lyndsey Johannesen) of Oregon City and Mindi Narcisse (Jeff) of Milwaukie; his stepchildren, William Roderick and Katie Props of Coos Bay; his sister Sheri Koivunen of Winchester Bay; his nephews, Scott and Ty Koivunen; and also, Ty, Tess, Brad, Elyssa, Kasen and Karah. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren and 7 step-great grandchildren.
