He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Garman and Geneva Garman (Hopper); his children, April Emge (Eric) of Albany, OR, Cheryl Smith of Springfield, OR, Terri Carlisle (Chet) of Mt. Shasta, CA, Richard Garman of Tahoe, CA, Gina Kaspar (Brian) of Minden, NV and Kym Garman (Brian) of Redmond, OR; and his sister Evelyn Garman Leathers of North Bend, OR. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
