He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank F. Brooks and Alice Brooks (Rogers); and his wife Maryon Brooks. He is survived by: his sister Francis Franke (Brooks) of New York; his daughters, Jennifer Brooks (Chris) of Coos Bay and Christine Czogalla (Brooks) of Berlin, Germany; and his stepdaughters, Lisa Cozza (Scott) and Valerie Sigman. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren; two nieces and three nephews; twelve great-nieces and nephews; and 4 great-great nieces and nephews.
