He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Clyde and Mae Helen Muth (Shaw); his wife Annette; and his sisters, Delann Armstrong and Linda Muth.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl (Gary Pickett), Carrie Muth and Tim Muth of Coos Bay; his grandchildren, Chase (Dodi Pickett) of Winston, Brady Pickett, Hayden Pickett and Tele; his sisters, MaryLee Sillman, Betty Jo Haas and Debra Salazar; and also, Pastor Chase Pickett and Gary Pickett. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
