It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alva M. Edwards of Coos Bay, Oregon, born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Bailey and Ida Bailey; and her brother Jack Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Robert Edwards (Bob); her daughters, Rhonda Fitzpatrick (Bob) and Teri Bliss (Mark); her grandchildren, Brandi Storjohann (Eric), Dustin Fitzpatrick (Krista), Misty Lappi (Matt), Derek Fitzpatrick (Justi) and Matthew Bliss (Grace); her great grandchildren, Ashlin, Ben, Luke, Cameron, Kenzie, Madden, Logan, Layton, Reese, Mason, Rhyan and Sawyer; and her siblings, Dianne Harsh, David Bailey and Jerry Bailey.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Alva's name to Partners in Care Hospice in Bend, Oregon.
