He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Barbour and Deline Barbour (Brink); his wife Neta Barbour; his children, Roy, Andy Barbour and Susan Hill; his grandchildren, Trisha, Crysta, Emmalee and Gabe; his great grandchildren, Luca and River; and his brothers, Larry, Loy and Dick.
