He was predeceased by: his grandson James Lewis Crooke. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Zimmerman; his son Daniel James Crooke of Salem, Oregon; his daughter-in-law Becky Crooke; his daughter Lisa Ann (Wenzel) of Delaware, Ohio; his son-in-law Philip "Fritz" Wenzel; and his grandchildren, Carissa Bessich, Lindzey Gray, Kristina Donnelly, Danyell Szot, Philip James Wenzel and Daniel Alexander Wenzel. He is also survived by 19 Great-grandchildren.
