He is survived by: his close friend Jani Hazen; and his siblings, Kathy Anderson, Beverly Koenig, Cindy Jacox (Wayne), Ronald (Marlene), Patrick (Mary), Anthony, Eugene (Kristy) and Phillip (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
