He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Seats of Klamath, CA; his sister Mary Jessica Seats; and his grandparents, Loyd Daniel Seats, Narciso and Ophelia Borego.
He is survived by: his father Doug Seats of Klamath, CA; his sister Melissa Lynn Seats of Smith River, CA; his grandmother Carolyn Seats; his uncle Dean; his aunt Gayla Bruhy of Dickinson, ND; and his cousin Falyn Bruhy of Redding, CA.. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and friends.
The Family asks that in lieu of flowers that a donation be made in Luke's name to the Del Norte FFA chapter or the DN Little League.
