He is survived by: his wife Judith Lee Ayers of Clackamas; his daughters, Annette Hill (James), Alyson Wagner (Jim) and Amy Murphy (Sean); his grandchildren, Courtney Johnson-Kiichle (Chris), Kevin Johnson (Emilie) and Jaymee Wagner; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Kiichle, Jonas Kiichle, Lauren Johnson, Simon Johnson and Noah Johnson.
