With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Blackmer (Clackamas, Oregon), born in Boise, Idaho, who passed away on January 15, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blackmer and Edith Blackmer; his siblings, Sarah, Leila, Zella, Bert, George, Gib and Frankie; and his former wife Ruth.

He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Hal Blackmer and Scott Patrick Blackmer; his wife Barbara; and also, Sherry, Debbie and Jan. He is also survived by his children, 9 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
