He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Jones and Lida Bell Jones; his siblings, Robert, Roy, Betty and Edith; and his son-in-law Michael Wonderly.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Oviatt; his children, Deborah Hall (Chuck), Susan Wonderly, Troy Oviatt (Chris) and Steve Oviatt (Mandah); his granddaughter Jennifer Jesse (Joesph); his great grandchild Kristin Groener (Rian); and also Brittany Kunkle (Adam).
