He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred R. West and Ethel West (Pursel); and his sister Colista Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Dee Ann West (Clark); and his children, Andrea Cook Sesar (Stan), Whitney Murdoch, Tori Bostwick (Matt) and Gary Jr. West (Kendra).
