She is survived by: her brother Todd; her children, Douglas and Kelsey; her husband Anthony; her mother Dana; her sister Chantel; her father Jack; her stepmother Jeanie; her uncle Joel; and her aunt Patsy. She is also survived by mother, wife, and friend.
