She is survived by: her children, Michael John O'Sullivan of Roseburg, John Leslie O'Sullivan (Amy Smith) of Glide and Sarah May Clark (Terry) of Myrtle Creek; her grandchildren, Ryan O'Sullivan (Shere Quinn) of Glide, Katherine Ann Clark-McClain (Joseph) of Ohio, Jason Clark (Yukiyo Sato) of Kasukaee, Japan of Seattle, Kristopher O'Sullivan of Seattle, Kyle O'Sullivan of Seattle and Kari O'Sullivan of Seattle; her great grandchildren, Elyce O'Sullivan (Ryan), Kai, Anna Clark (Jason) and Amethyst O'Sullivan (Kristopher); her significant other Jerry O'Sullivan of Canyonville; her son Patrick O'Sullivan (Valerie Babcock); her grandchildren, Tori, Cody (Ronan), Kaylee and Madison O'Sullivan; and her siblings, Mitchel Sell (Carmen Waggle) of Tri-City, Oregon, Dorothy Warren-Brown and Billie Leon Sell-Wooldrige of Eugene.
Jane was a homemaker living in Canyonville with her partner Jerry O'Sullivan until she moved to Brookdale, an Alzheimer's Care facility, three years ago.
