She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose C. DeLeon (Joe) and Lydia F. DeLeon (Carmon O. Samples, Sr.); and her siblings, Joseph A. DeLeon, Lilly A. DeLeon, Christopher DeLeon, Martin R. DeLeon (John A. P. Baranek) and Matthew S. DeLeon.

She is survived by: her spouse Carmon Odell Samples, Sr. (Samples); her son Glenn Samples (Oregon City); her stepchildren, Carmon Samples, Jr., Maricopa, Dwyane Samples Hollister (Erin), Vivian Samples Enid, Rex Samples Canby (Debbie) and Kathy Soto Enid (Phil); and her sister-in-law Linda DeLeon.
