She was predeceased by: her sisters, Ina Mae Tuley, Mary Duff and Phyllis M. Clayton; and her former husband Ray Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Keith Jensen; her daughters, Sylvia Koss (Ken), Linda Feldman, Keirene Jensen-Miller (Bob) and Karyn Jensen-Gibbons (Rob); her grandchildren, Aaron Josten, Kalee, Melissa and Jennifer Gibbons; and her brothers, Lloyd Heinz of Wilsonville and Elvin Heinz of Scotts Mills.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
