He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Mary Hoodie and Frederick Randall Lewis; his brother Mark Lewis; and his niece Shayna Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Randall Lewis, Glenda Thompson (Al), Joanne Aspaas (Frank), Schemel Lewis and Monica Jackson (Daniel). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces & nephews, and many other relatives.
