With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Wilbur Mingus (Burns, Oregon), who passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Mingus and Mariam Mingus; his brother Jim; and his stepbrother Rick Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Kelly (Angelina), Rod (Brenda), Jeremy, Brett (Shelomi) and Hollie (Casey); his siblings-in-law, Pam Mather and John (Noreen); his stepbrothers, Wilbur Kelly and Jon Morgan (Nikki); and his sister Nancy Sue Potts. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
