He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Carlon and Austa Carlon; his wife Wanda May Morgan; his sisters, Doris White and Betty Morgan; and his son Mike Carlon.
He is survived by: his sons, Bill and Terry; his grandchildren, Courtney Young, Brandi Esp and Beau Carlon; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Addison Young and Tyrel Esp; his nephew Jon White; and his niece Mary Lee White.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Burns Elks Lodge #1680 (118 N Broadway Ave, Burns, OR 97720).
