He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Choate and Clara Choate; and his sister Chris Sunwold. He is survived by: his children, Maria Kate, Melanie Jade, Miranda Dawn, Alexander Benjamin and Abraham Nicholas; his wife Ann; and his sister Janet Williams. He is also survived by 5 children, 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
