He was predeceased by: his parents, Taft Miller and Nellie Miller; and his siblings, Gene, Donald, Virginia, Lucille and Tiny.
He is survived by: his wife Ingamoe Larsen; and his children, Terry (Julie), Laurie (John) and Sheri.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Burns Elks Lodge #1680 (118 N Broadway Ave, Burns, OR 97720).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Joe's name to the Harney County Home Health and Hospice.
