Clarence Smith Obituary

The memory of Clarence Smith of Burns, Oregon, who passed away on January 6, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As we bid adieu to Clarence's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Clarence has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Smith and Louise Smith; his son Rickey W. Smith; and his wife Gail Lambert. He is survived by: his son Darrell R. Smith (Debbie) of Hines; his grandsons, Toby Smith (Tanya) of Burns, Chris Smith (LeeAnna) of Hines and Kevin Smith (Mikayla) of Atkinson, IL; his stepgranddaughters, Lacey Gates of Twin Falls, ID and Lynsey Bell (Jayce) of Idaho City, ID; and his nephew Randy Tiller (Connie) of Hines. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

There will be no services, per his request; however, any donations in his name may be made to the Harney County Save A Stray Rescue in Burns.
