She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Kutch and Lucille Kutch (Miller); her husband Roy W. Norris; her son Douglas Cecil Norris; and her siblings, Donna Kay Nicolaides and Donald Ray Kutch.
She is survived by: her children, Scott of Redmond, Michael of Bend, Rebecca (Mike Fulton) of Hines and Mary (Scott Sanseri) of Burns; her grandchildren, Jessie Norris of Washington, Tashell Erichsen (Paul) of Washington, Sky Norris of Washington, Charlene Norris of Washington, Amanda Camper of Dubai and Justin Camper of Redmond; and her great grandchildren, Dillon and Jonny of Washington.
