Arloa is survived by: sisters, Shirley Torrey, Francie Mason of Burns and Elsie Sartin of Grayland, Wash.; and sons, Troy Stratton of Burns and Kelly Stratton of Washington. Arloa is also survived by two grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
