We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2022, at the age of 70, Nancy Eileen Waggener of Brownsville, Oregon, born in Lebanon, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ron Waggoner; her parents, Kenneth Bierly and Evelyn Bierly; and her brother Martin Bierly. She is survived by: her children, Kaden and Addison; her sister Barbara Foreman; her sister-in-law Kathy Bierly; her former husband Carl Wolff; and her son Charley. She is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
