He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lorenza Garcia and Frank Garcia; his son Raymond A. Garcia; his wife Marie Garcia; his children, Stephen Garcia (Sharon) of Elko and Maria Savedra (Julian) of Brookings, OR; and his sister Lee Johnston (George) of Los Angeles, CA.. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
