He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel and Margie; his siblings, Melvin and Elaine; and his son James.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn of Parkersburg, WV; his children, Cherri-Anne Bickler (Michael) of Moses Lake, WA, Eric Clark of Brookings, OR and Sarah Doxey (Erick) of Spokane, WA; his grandchildren, Emma Bickler, Gabriel Bickler, Connor Clark, Clark Doxey and Etta Doxey; and his siblings, Wanda of Kentucky, Betty of Kentucky, Joyce of Kentucky, Sandy of Kentucky, Jackie of Kentucky, Paula of Kentucky, Norma of Kentucky, Mollie of Kentucky, Danny of Ohio and Roger of Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, Nick would want you to tend a garden, water your lawn, or enjoy a good steak.
