He was predeceased by: his parents, Melbourne Lincoln and Rosalee Elizabeth Githens (Morton); and his sister Cheralee K. Chavez. He is survived by: his wife Betty of Nesika Beach; his children, Jeff Githens (Bonnie) of Cougar, WA, Greg Githens (Barbara) of Overland Park, KS, Chis Githens of Santa Rosa, CA, Dean Hickerson of Livermore, CA, Peter Hickerson (Sara) of Post Falls, ID, Cheryl Shanks of Overland Park, KS and Patricia Medeiros (Gary) of Hayden, ID; and his sister Susie Guy of Tigard, OR. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
