It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LeRoy Earl Duncan in Brookings, Oregon, born in Klamath Falls, Oregon, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernal Duncan and Thelma Duncan; and his siblings, Robert Duncan, Joseph Duncan and Beverly McNamara.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gould; his children, Rick Duncan (Mary Jo), Mark Duncan (Lisa) and Tami Coulson (Rod); his grandchildren, Aaron Duncan (Rita), Casey Duncan (Vanessa), Todd Duncan (Tiffany), Ashley Brous (Darren), Courtney Duncan (Chad) and Brock Coulson (Paige); his great grandchildren, Trevor, Addie Duncan, Ryker, Reyna Duncan, Harli, Finley Brous, Brody and Brice Coulson; his sisters, Katherine Forkner and Patricia Earl; and his uncle Irv Warren. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
