He is survived by: his wife Vivian Bell; his sister Patricia Morgan; and his children, Cheryl Bell, Richard Bell (Gaye), Becky Weisen (Dennis) and Kimberly Graham (Jesse). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to any Hospice Organization.
