He was predeceased by: his daughter Janet M. Greco; and his siblings, Gilbert Green, Daniel Green, Neta Updegraff and Ethelyn Gannor.
He is survived by: his parents, Jess Green and Betha Ellis Green; his former wife Eileen McCooey; his wife Juanita Recklies of Boardman; his son John Green of Boardman; his stepchildren, Alan Recklies, Holly Recklies and Donald Recklies; his sister Jessie Acierno of Girard; his son-in-law David W. Greco of Boardman; and also Judy LaCivita of Boardman. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
