He was predeceased by: his parents, John Partlow and Doris LaVern Partlow (Baker). He is survived by: his son Stephen; his siblings, John Partlow and Susan McLachlan; and his granddaughters, Alexis and Aunika. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
