She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Jordan Elizabeth Wiggins; her parents, Janet Richter and Rodney Dale Wiggins; her siblings, Briana, Tanner Wiggins and Chanse Richter; and her close friend Jason Kennison. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
