It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Joseph Baer Jr. (Bend, Oregon), who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Baer and Alice Baer (Gebo); and his siblings, Gottlieb, Janis and Catherine Baer.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his siblings, Barbara Rebenstorf of Oregon City and Bruno Baer of Bend; and his children, Kim Ousterhout of Mt. Angel, Bill Baer of Merrill Oregon, Allison Thomas of Bend and Peter Baer of Bend. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren with a 3rd great-grandchild.
