She is survived by: her spouse John Paznokas; and her children, Skip, John Paznokas (Lynda), James Paznokas (Judy), Kathlyn Sherwood (Ron) and William Paznokas (Nancy).

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in memory of Virginia Paznokas to Partners In Care, a non-profit program that ensures high quality care is available to all Hospice and home health patients and their families.
