She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Cook; and her children, Roger Cook (Kerry) of Redmond, OR, Louise Vickery (Tom) of Eau Claire, WI, David Cook (Ronnie) of Momence, IL, Irene Flack of Santa Rosa, CA and Clayton Cook (Paula) of Santa Rosa, CA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 1/2 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
