She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Ward and Camille Ward; her husband William Higlin (Bill); her sister Marita Pezman of Seal Beach, CA.; her children, Terri Solterbeck (Gary) of Payette Idaho, Will Higlin (Patty) of Salem Oregon and Geoff Higlin (Erica) of Bend Oregon; her son-in-law Richard Enright of Bend Oregon; her grandchildren, Kelly, Joe, Shannon, Tina, Alicia, Megan, Nic, Courtney and Max; her sister Madeline (Bill); and her niece Stephanie.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Partners in Care Hospice, Bend Oregon.
