She was predeceased by: her father Roger Washburn of Bend, OR. She is survived by: her husband Robert Hales; her children, Breanna Marie, Tisha Marie Meitmann, Melanie, Kyle Hales (Tiffany) and Ryan Hales (Lauren Fellows); her mother Mary Washburn of Bend, OR; her stepchildren, Tyler Meitmann and Breanna Reid (Meitmann); and also Tyler John.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Partners in Care Hospice House of Bend, or your preferred cancer research society.
