With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Howard (Bend, Oregon), born in Lebanon, Oregon, who passed away on December 8, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chuck Freeman and Hazel Freeman; her brother Harvey; and her nephews, Mark and Eric.
She is survived by: her husband James Floyd Howard of Bend; her sons, Mark, Eric and Paul of Beaverton; and her granddaughter Shara of Lincoln City.
Due to COVID-19 a virtual memorial group has been set up for Karen on Facebook, where people are encouraged to share memories and/or photos.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that any donations be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
