She was predeceased by: her parents, Mahlon Couch and Mary Couch; her husband Donald Moore; and her siblings, Mahlon I Couch, Helen Ivie, Robert Couch, Lucille Johnson, Rosemary Kibee and Lee Couch.

She is survived by: her children, David (Sandra Moore), Kenneth Moore, Philip (Sandy Moore), Chris (Pholly Moore) and Cambodia; and her grandchildren, Molly, Mindy, Marcy, Katrina, Tiffany, Donny Moore and Chrystal McIntyre. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.

“I will always have fond memories of (great) Auntie Jo as she and Uncle Don always stopped by in St Louis during their traveling days! She had a binder of all the letters her and Uncle Don had written back and forth to each other during the war. They read those during their travels and she was so happy to share some memories with me! I remember thinking “Man! I hope to be so active and as happy as Aunt Jo at her age!” She was truly an ambassador for Christ!! Love to all!”
