He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McCulloch (Bob) and Vera McCulloch (McRae); and his brothers, Donnie and Dale. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Juanita Taylor (Nita); his sister Cistie Shaffer of Fossil; his stepchildren, Brett Johnson of Bandon, Brenda Andersch of Las Vegas and Kerri Cutsforth of Myrtle Point; his grandchildren, Kasey Culley, Kristi Rector, Jamie Stirling, Jessica Andersch, Justin Andersch, Justin Johnson, Cole Cutsforth, Brett Weishan and Richard Weishan; and his great grandchildren, Elly Jean Stirling, Bella Rose Marie Rector, Caleb Stirling, Zachary Andersch, Owen Johnson, Layla Johnson, Danika Cutsforth and Mason Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
