We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2020, at the age of 74, Joan Therese Frazer of Bend, Oregon, born in Rome, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Spencer; her sons, Rodney (Leslye), Randall (Heather) and Ryan; her grandchildren, Alexander, Andrew, Reagan and Austin; her sister Claire Meade; her parents, Francis Albert and Michaeline Wanda Czajkowski; and her brother Francis. She was also cherished by numerous relatives and friends.

“I was so sorry to hear of Joan's passing. We were friends through Assistance League and Newcomers. Joan was in our knitting group. We always marveled at the number of chemo hats she would bring each time. One time she brought in 30+ hats and we couldn't believe it - she'd smile and say, but I was on a trip and I had a long flight. She was so funny and she will be greatly missed. Carole Klement”
