With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan E. Carson (Bend, Oregon), born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Carson. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Layng (Mark) of Urbana, Illinois, Marlis Carson of Washington, D. C. and Kenneth Carson of Bend, Oregon. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to the Sterling Fund at Sterling College, Sterling, Kansas.
